History:

The Barugo Community eCenter was formally established on February 17, 2006. As a beneficiary of NCC's eLGU CeC Project, it was a recipient of 4 sets of brand new computers plus one unit 4-in-1 printer/scanner/copier/fax machine.

Fortunately also, Circulo Barugueño, an organization of Barugueños in Metro Manila, donated 20 sets of computers, 1 printer plus textbook materials for the CeC.

Barugo CeC's primary goal is to cater to the computer literacy program of the various sectors of the municipality.

Target Beneficiaries:

Students, teachers, young professionals, out-of-school youth, local government employees, OFW relatives and the general public

Activities, Services Offered and Corresponding Rates:

Computer Literacy Program, Internet rental at P15.00/hour, computer facility rental, printing, scanning, encoding amd other online services.

Operating Hours:

8:00am-5:00pm (Monday - Friday)
