The program coincidedwith Valentine’s Daysince Tanauan CeC believes that serving the people with love and passion will bring positive change and development in the community.

The event had been more meaningful for thebarangay constituents, especially for the 56 neweSkwela learners called the Barangay Bislig Scholars. In the past, eSkwela students from this barangay used to take two rides just to get to the Tanauan CeC, which is about four kilometers away from the newly established Barangay CeC.

With the new Barangay CeC,thescholars are thankful because they able to save their fare, time and effort in reaching the new CeC.

It is the dream of the administration of Hon. This is in support of the Philippine Digital Literacy Women Campaign. The course is dubbed as the "Education through Scholarship for Computer Literacy Advancement with Networking access Offer for Free Cares" or ESCANO Cares for short.

In his speech, Hon.
