The telecentre.org-Philippine CeC Academy (tPCA) Charter was ratified on August 6, 2008 during a special meeting of the Academy’s founding partners at the CICT-NCC Building in Diliman, Quezon City. Download a copy of the tPCA Charter
:: The tPCA Logo A derivative of the PhilCeCNet logo (since it is the human resource arm of the network), the tPCA logo keeps the horizon arc but varies in the human symbols and the addition of a golden laurel wreath. The exulting PhilCeCNet symbols evolve into similar symbols that now project the letter “V” for the vital “versatility” CeC knowledge workers will gain from the tPCA. The golden laurel wreath denotes the tPCA as an institution of learning. Colors remain those of the Philippine flag which the PhilCeCNet logo also used.
