Smile Clipart from http://www.clker.comHow do we receive clients in our Community eCenter especially the first timers? How do we deal with them when they ask us for help for the nth time on the same problem? What do we do when they barge in our center in a rather foul manner?

Situations like these call for a SMILE. Many may take it for granted, but the sincere act alone of giving a smile can make someone feel good and at ease with us. A smile may not have great monetary value but it is indeed priceless and can easily be shared with everyone. It has a contagious effect on people. A smile strengthens social bonds and promotes positive thinking that can make us feel good.

Not only would a smile be an asset in our business but it has a positive effect on our health as well. It relieves stress and boosts our immune system. It is, in fact, also a natural facelift that can make us look years younger.

Those first timers would probably come back to our CeC because they are treated well and we brightened up their day with a smile. Learners are encouraged to learn more because of our friendly demeanour. A simple smile would even light up the day of those who are in a not-so-good mood.

For all you know, this simple act of kindness may bring back big rewards and blessings.

So start making a difference. Begin with a SMILE.
