The Philippine Community eCenter Portal ( www.philcecnet.ph ) is a venue for knowledge sharing and virtual community gathering of CeC implementers, stakeholders and network leaders in the country and throughout the globe.

This portal is a project of the Commission on Information and Communications Technology (CICT), with support from telecenter.org and the International Development Research Centre (IDRC).

CICT welcomes contributions that are consistent with the portal’s intended purpose. To be able to submit content, however, you must be a registered user of this site.
