![]() Participants of the APC-sponsored Digital Story Telling Workshop pose for posterity in Bali, Indonesia The Philippines, one of the adaptors identified for the Gender Evaluation Methodology (GEM), participated in the recently concluded Digital Story Telling Workshop on November 24-27 in Bali, Indonesia. The story telling workshop is one of the two global exchanges spearheaded by the Association of Progressive Communication (APC) as it aims to provide a means for determining whether ICTs are really improving women's lives and gender relations as well as promoting positive change at the individual, institutional, community and broader social levels. For the workshop, each individual participant needed to produce their own digital story, highlighting the experiences, reaction and reflections of the people who participated in the Adaptation of the Gender Evaluation Methodology, under three main groupings: telecenter adaptors, Rural Women adaptors and eGovernance adaptors. Here are two of the produced movies from the said workshop: Gender and eGovernance and Gender and ICT. |
