Payment of membership fees and annual dues can be made through any of the following modes:
  • Deposit to the Philippine Community eCenter Network, Inc. account - either in cash or check - at BPI Family Savings Bank Account No. 753-1-00011-5 (NOTE: all checks should be made payable to the given account name); or
  • Direct payment at the National Computer Center - Field Operations Office, 3F CICT-NCC Building, CP Garcia Avenue, UP Diliman, Quezon City.

Collections derived from membership fees and annual dues shall be used to subsidize the network’s operating expenses. In the interest of transparency, an annual report shall be made available to all members.

Meanwhile, members in good standing -- meaning those that are updated in the payment of joining fee and annual dues -- shall be entitled to vote, hold elective or appointive office, participate in all deliberations and organization meetings, use the organizational facilities, as well as examine the records or books of the organization during business hours.

On top of these, members in good standing shall also have access to regular PhilCeCNet updates and materials; enjoy priority slots in scholarships, grants, training and exchange programs; and have the privilege to participate in various PhilCeCNet activities and projects.

Everyone is therefore enjoined to activate his/her membership and reap the benefits of being part of the growing network that is PhilCeCNet. Check out the official communication signed by PhilCeCNet ChairAngelo Juan Ramos and PhilCeC Program Head Maria Teresa Camba.
