PhilCeCNet in actionAs a learning and collaborative community of CeC stakeholders, the following are the functions of the PhilCeCNet: 

  • - Advocate stakeholder support for the Philippine CeC Program
  • - Recommend standards and operating procedures for CeCs
  • - Promote knowledge sharing on best practices, researches and projects
  • - Establish bonds between CeCs, CeC providers and partners, network members and international CeC networks
  • - Provide services, expertise and resources to components of the Philippine CeC Program
  • - Generate and mobilize resources for the PhilCeCNeT operations
